For each probably around 300 calories. White bread makes you fat so switch to whole grain and you actually ate too much bread in general. You should have like 1 sandwich a day. For another meal eat mostly veggies. Like a large salad with mixed veggies, like tomatoes and carrots with 2 caps of olive oil, not salad dressing and about 1/2 cup of chickapeas or 3 oz of meat for protein.
