Is this a good way to exercise?

Your exercise and diet plan sounds perfect! Although running twice a day might be a little bit of overload, and I would cut it back to one long run. Also, make sure you give your body a rest day every week, you don't want to overdo it. Yes, you will lose 10 pounds or more by the time summer is over(: good luck sweetheart! xx
