I bought a large mixture bag of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I want to start taking some to work and eat them for my lunch. We only have a microwave at work. Is there a way I can take them frozen and heat them in the microwave and they come out good and not rubbery? Or should I steam them before I go to work and heat them up in the microwave at lunch time (will they come out rubbery that way?) I just want them to come out good and not hard or rubbery. Thanks for the suggestions.
