Whats the better processor to buy?

I am getting a new laptop. I'm not wanting to go expensive, so both these computers are 350$ (Ones a Toshiba and ones a Samsung). The only difference I see is processors. One has an AMD E-series and the other is just an Intel Pentium Processor. I wont be using it for gaming, mainly just itunes and web surfing, nothing major. Which one is better?
