How to cook these veggies help please?
Make spring rolls/ egg rolls from chopped up veggies ( your choice) add to a won ton wrapper. Add your choice of meat , chicken or fish and top with a teaspoon of teriyaki/ soy sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder for each spring roll. Roll up each won ton wrapper to keep filling inside. Warm on low heat in a frying pan that is lightly greased /or not, till light brown on outside of wrappers . These can also be cooked in 1 can of chicken broth (Swansen's) for about 7-10 minutes to make a great meal. Make a pot of rice(also cheap and filling) to add as a side and you will be set for a couple of meals at least..This is a versatile recipe because you can use any veggies or meat and any flavor of broth you like.= )
