Ate at burger king ugh?

Did I eat enough/well? Today I ate 2 cups of fiber cereal, a bowl of boiled broccoli and 5 small boiled shrimps, 6 mini dark chocolate squares, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1/2 a very small crispy chicken from burger king ( only ate 1/4 of it) and a 16oz iced tea..I fid an hour of exercise...
