Does rhyming slang only exist in?

does rhyming slang only exist in the UK i know most people see it as a cockney thing but does get used else where. dog and bone - phone shoot the crow - go cream crackerd - knackered broccoli and chicken - **** me straw berry tart - heart bees and honey - money am sure there is plenty of more a ruby murry - curry or just a ruby. lol
