Dieting can be stressful enough, without beating yourself up because you succumbed to the lure of a chunk of chocolate. Think about it rationally for a moment. It takes 3,500 extra calories to gain a single pound in weight. No way have you eaten that much chocolate, so there's no lasting damage to the diet - you just gave in to temptation. Don't let guilt spoil your enjoyment of the chocolate treat...plus its fun...great taste...and you know you love it! :) you only live once....live it to the max :)
