If i walk/jog every morning for an hour?

Is that enough daily exercise? Ok so for breakfast I eat a bowl of weight control oatmeal and a small bowl of yoplait yogurt. And a bottle water. For snack i eat an orange, and a bottle water. For lunch I eat a turkey sandwich with a little mustard on whole grain bread with a bottle water. For another snack I eat another fruit like an apple or orange or banana. And a bottle water. For dinner I will eat a baked tilapia fish seasoned with garlic and celery with some steamed broccoli or corn. And a bottle water. If I eat like this and jog every morning could I lose one to two pounds a week?
