Is this okay for my average daily meals?

Honestly i dont think you need to loose weight before you decide to try to loose any weight ask your doctor. but overall that seems pretty good one word of advice is that the main meals should be less and less meaning eat like a king for breakfast a queen for lunch and a servant for dinner. the reason for this is after dinner youll be inactive therefore unable to burn the fat and calories from your dinner also since you had larger meals in the beginning you will not crave much for dinner. Also you shouldnt have the snack placed in a certain area you know when you want to eat your main meals so anytime you feel hungry between meals or feel like eating something dont be afraid to get a light snack this will boost your metabolism
