First off, you need to exercise to get into shape. Second, you need to consume a minimum of 1,200 calories a day as a woman. Don't be afraid to consume calories, just don't consume an excessive amount of calories, and make sure the calories come from whole food sources and not fats. I seriously would not be worried about negative calories. Just means you can eat your heart out when it comes to fruits and veggies. If you're always hungry because this is all you eat, it's because your body needs more calories.
