75% of Liberal manifesto implemented, versus 60% of Conservative "manifesto"?

The Coalition was the best thing to ever happen to the Conservatives. Push through all the unpopular decisions and have the Lib-Dems fronting. As for the 75% / 60% manifesto baloney. It's simply BS, because all policies implemented thus far, were never in either party's original manifesto..
