MAJOR PROBLEM WITH MY DIET? PLEASE HELP ME?

Just straight up fruits and veggies aren't going to keep you full by any means. If anything too much fruit will add to your weight.. the veggies are fine. Start adding some protein to your diet.. beans, tofu, (legumes) whole grains (quinoa, brown rice, millet) in moderation with your vegetables. It will keep you fuller much longer and also give you a metabolism boost!
