Oh my gosh i ate sooo much today and now im freaking out!?

Okay, so this morning I made a red velvet cake for my parents and their anniversary and my little brother ate a lot off of the bottom and so I ate the rest at the bottom to even it out and afterwards I felt so incredibly horrible about it. I have been excercising rigorously every day because i am trying really hard to lose 30 pounds I HAVE TO LOSE 30 POUNDS and recently I haven't been able to finish my workout videos well which is really weird because they should be getting easier! I usually don't have a problem with working out but lately its been getting harder than usual. Ill do workouts I'm used to and theyll be like 10 times harder than they used to be! I haven't eaten anything else all day because I'm scared ill gain weight and I'm only going to eat my broccoli for dinner. Am I okay? I did a morning workout and I exercised for about an hour later but I'm still scared. Oh my god no its not going to be okay, I'm going to get fat I just know it! I'm going to work out again for another hour tonight for the broccoli. It's been a really off week for me. I am also scared I've been exercising too much, on most days i spend more than two hours exercising is that too much? I'm just freaking out I can't be fat i cant be fat!

My extra fat is a sign of unhealthiness, so there: it's perfectly fine! My parents and mom call me fat allllll the time and it's really annoying. I'm 13 years old, 5 foot 3 (technically 5 foot 2 and 3/4 of an inch... but whatever), and my weight ranges from 98 to 103 pounds. So, yes, I'm a little hefty hahah. I don't do any sports or any form of exercise. So, I decided to start exercising on the machines we have down stairs. My diet is kinda weird. Like the food I eat isn't unhealthy like McDonald's and stuff, it's healthy(ish), I just eat A LOT! I probably eat about 1,700 calories per day. Hahahah. I eat pasta for 70% of my meals because I am a vegetarian and there's not a large selection of food I can eat. I make my own food, not my mom, so if my mom ever makes my food she will add in some fake meat and broccoli, too. But when I make my own food (95% of the time) it's just pasta or just rice. So I have been using the rowing machine (that machine where you slide backwards and pull the chain... that's what she said.) alternately with a treadmill for my once-a-day "workouts". I use the treadmill at a slow pace (15 min-20 min miles) for a mile, row for ten minutes, walk/run another slow mile, then row for 5 minutes. These exercise sessions last about 45 minutes and burn about 200 calories, plus they make me feel healthy and good! My thighs and stomach (and chin, but I don't think I can do anything about that) are the flabbiest areas. Is there anything I should be adding to these little workouts that can help? I have a gateway laptop MN: W323-UL1 M: MX3230 and every time i lift it to go somewhere else with it, it freezes..so, i have to turn it off and back on but sometimes nothing shows up on the screen, it's just black. i've checked the ram, the hard drive and i've just recently put some more thermal grease on the intel. but it still freezes...sometimes i will lift it barely and it does it. but for some reason when i tighten the screws on the heatsink it. will work just fine. oh! and it only freezes when i lift it on the left side. i hope all that makes sense.

Ok so im not sure of his age and i don't really feel like doing any of the math. But a friend gave him to me because he didn't have time for him. I got him on Easter and he was 9 weeks at the time. He came all excited with my other dog and usually when i give them treats i tell them to sit and they do, well he sat and looked all excited as usual but when i dropped it in front of him he sniffed it and walked away. I then got another piece of meat and put it into his mouth and he started chewing very slowly. I then tried to put more food into his mouth but his teeth were barred shut after that. And he also is usually very good about coming when i call him but today and last night he would just be laying down and only look at me when i call him instead of coming to me like usual. Trouble Swallowing Food For The Past 5 Days?

Okay so a couple of days ago I posted this question with answers telling me that it was all in my head and it'd go away, but it hasn't. It's been five days and I've been having trouble swallowing certain/most foods. I can eat cereal, a whoopie pie, and starbursts but pretty much anything else I can't swallow. I tried to eat dinner tonight and choked on broccoli and mac n cheese. I choked on pizza and chicken today too. It's like every time I try to swallow the food I physically can't swallow it. It ends up sliding down my throat and I choke, gag, and bring it back up. But with the mac n cheese if I didn't chew it and just swallowed it pretty much whole it worked. I can swallow liquids. My mom has the same problem and wants to take me to the doctor to figure out for sure what's wrong with the both of us. My dad thinks for me it's psychological because I have a pretty bad phobia of vomit and he thinks that that's causing me to not be able to swallow because if I eat I could throw up. the only way you can truly have too much RAM is if you have so much that seek times are slowed down as a result. if the OS won't support it (most 32bit OSs only support 4GB for example) then it simply won't use the rest. If you have a 64bit OS then I would go with 6GB or 8GB (I'm fuzzy on the DDR3 rules but I know my ASUS rampage MB requires RAM in sets of 3 or else it runs at DDR2 speed and not DDR3... however I see a lot of MBs that use DDR3 with only 4 RAM sockets which makes it hard to add RAM in sets of 3). for gaming 4GB will usually do just fine and higher end games may make use of more RAM but if you are just playing something like WoW then 4GB is overkill.

First of all lawyers are needed because if the government harms you who is going to prepare all of the beauricratic papers and having a lawyer reduces down the need for people to stay up to date on every law and to know how to be a great public speaker. I am not gay or a lawyer but gay marriage is actually legal due to discrimination. I do not support it but I do not condone it because it is their choice and who cares because it will never be an issue unless if you make it one. Saying gay marriage should nit be allowed is like saying guns should not be legal because someone has been killed by using it in the wrong way. I can tell that you do not really like minorities, religious freedoms, and civil rights but like a piece of property everyone has their right to have it how they want it. For instance, if the government came in under an intirely conservative republican government and said that you had to have an American flag on your house, you had to have your house painted red white and blue, you can only own a truck that gets 2 miles to the gallon, and you had to say the pledge of allegiance every hour and you had to read the newest laws and read certain books, you will be offended and probably be angry. This is basically what it is like when people try to put restrictions on other people and you are seeing it from the other side. No one says you have to support gay marriage but the thing with rights is that you cannot have them if you infringe on someone else's (would you want someone shooting you and you cannot do anything about it and they can do this everytime they want to do it?). Also, you cannot say the idea of infringing on someone else's rights warrants the loss of yours or I am sorry you are trying to change the wrong country because that was the idea of the founding fathers and people like Voltaire, russeau, and John Locke who influenced them and every other beginning document and idea in the USA (I would read about Voltaire. He is about one of the most antimarxist people you can ever learn about in history.).

A lot of babies initially refuse meats, usually because they don't like the texture. I was one of those babies. Sometime around 2 I started eating meat and haven't looked back! How to cook these veggies help please?

Make spring rolls/ egg rolls from chopped up veggies ( your choice) add to a won ton wrapper. Add your choice of meat , chicken or fish and top with a teaspoon of teriyaki/ soy sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder for each spring roll. Roll up each won ton wrapper to keep filling inside. Warm on low heat in a frying pan that is lightly greased /or not, till light brown on outside of wrappers . These can also be cooked in 1 can of chicken broth (Swansen's) for about 7-10 minutes to make a great meal. Make a pot of rice(also cheap and filling) to add as a side and you will be set for a couple of meals at least..This is a versatile recipe because you can use any veggies or meat and any flavor of broth you like.= )

They will tell you how manty calories, what amount of carbs, fiber and so on that your food has. It's a great site, it keeps track of everything for you. Being a vegetarian I like to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients I need so between them and me we get it pretty close. Try it but for heaven sake eat something now and see if that helps. I ate too much and now im terrified what should i do?!?

Okay, so this morning I made a red velvet cake for my parents and their anniversary and my little brother ate a lot off of the bottom and so I ate the rest at to bottom to even it out and afterwards I felt so incredibly horrible about it. I am in the process of reading The Communist Manifesto, but I am about to receive a Kindle in the mail. However, the copy of the book I am reading right now was edited by Samuel Beer, and I would like the Kindle version to also be edited by him. I tried to to look up the communist manifesto on the Kindle store, but all Amazon had was the newer versions(for purchase and download on the Kindle). I'm not sure if any of these copies will have the same editor, or will be edited by a different person because they are all from 2004-2010. So I suppose I have two questions: First off, are all of the copies of the Communist Manifesto edited by the same Samuel H. Beer? And/or secondly, if the different copies were edited by different people in these recent times, is there any way to purchase the older copy for the Kindle? (Im a teen) I am OCD. But only about certain things. Some more than others. I am anxious and stress about everything. I get very hysterical. Parents, Do you make your children finish their plates?
